Production capacity.
Bottle making: The company has two large horseshoe flame kilns with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of super-flint glass solution and more than 50,000 tons of High-flint glass solution (about 150 million 500ml bottles and jars in total). It is also equipped with multi-feeding machine, which can adapt to different sizes of bottles from 100g to 3500g and bottle diameter from 8mm to 55mm.
Processing: The company has a complete glass surface decoration process chain, which can do spraying, sand masking, water transfer, heat transfer, direct printing, digital spray painting, sand engraving, laser engraving and most of the deep processing processes visible in the market at present. The daily output of finished products is more than 200,000 pieces of 500ml products.
